I'm Dr. Nouman Waheed. I'm a practicing dentist, an educator, and the founder of CEJ Experts. I started this platform because I'd spent years watching brilliant clinicians struggle with the parts of dentistry no curriculum covers: the patient who won't sit still, the team that won't communicate, the burnout that creeps in by year five, the business decisions that quietly decide whether you ever get to do the work you love.

CEJ stands for Cemento-Enamel Junction — the anatomical point where the root meets the crown of the tooth. Every dentist knows it. Few think of it as a metaphor.
