1,600 hours of chairside clinical treatment, character and clinical references, certified documents, UK ENIC Statement of Comparability. Around 60 working days to assess a complete application.
Computer-based, in person. Two three-hour papers: dental science and human disease; clinical dentistry including law, ethics and health and safety.
Over several days: manikin operative assessment, OSCE, diagnosis and treatment planning, and medical emergencies including single-handed BLS.
Four attempts at each part; Part 2 within five years of your first Part 1 attempt.
Places are heavily oversubscribed; booking windows have filled in minutes. Treat booking as its own project.
